The ultimate ghost hunting company Ghostly Endeavours have put together a spectacular night of ghost hunting. Some details of Morecambe Winter Gardens are below for your information Saturday 31st July 2010.  8:pm through to 3:am AS SEEN ON MOST HAUNTED EIGHT FACES OF EVIL 2009 The Winter Gardens Theatre was originally built as the Victorian Pavilion Theatre in 1897 and is situated on Morecambes Central Promenade. Here many famous entertainers trod the boards such as Laurel and Hardy, Ken Dodd, Morecambe and Wise to name but a few of the Greats, and now this once grand and famous landmark lies unused, by the living that is. Join Ghostly Endeavours on what will surely be a ghost hunting experience like no other as we dare to contact the spirit in the Morecambe Winter Gardens. This is ghost hunting at its very best, at one of the Country’s most prolific paranormal locations. The Theatre doors closed in 1977 and the public shows stopped. In 1986 the Friends of the Winter Gardens Charity was formed by a group of local Residents as has been for so many listed buildings these days and through hard work their work they have managed to save this impressive location from complete ruin. The works of the friends still continues today to restore this building back to its former glory! This building has gained a reputation for being Most Haunted and as you are aware the Most Haunted team held a week long investigation at the Gardens thus showing to us the two sides, evil & good and strong proof that paranormal activity in this building is very, very strong indeed. There has been much ghost hunting at the Theatre and investigators and visitors alike have experience many strange phenomena, from the sound of heavy breathing, strange smells, dark figures on the stage and staircases, shadows and unearthly shapes in many places, many people claim to have been touched or brushed by sensation, and lots of people say that most areas of the Theatre make the hairs on the back of your neck stand on end.

Your Ghostly Endeavours event includes;

• Working closely with mediums and psychics

• Full use of investigation equipment, emf readers, heat detectors, dowsing rods and crystals

• Experiments with glass moving and table tipping, some events have white noise experiments

• Carry out your own investigation using your newly learned skills or in a small group

• Refreshments will be provided throughout the night, teas, coffee, juices and biscuits. Should you wish to bring your own snacks you are more than welcome to do so

Please note; you are encouraged to bring with you a torch and spare batteries, a digital camera and digital camcorder for your personal use on your investigation.

A non refundable deposit of £20: can be paid foe events costing over £45: and providing the event date is 4 or more weeks or more away. Your balance must then be paid by you one week prior to the event taking place.
