The ultimate ghost hunting company Ghostly Endeavours have put together a spectacular night of ghost hunting. Some details of The Old Nick Theatre are below for your information  you are sentence to ghost hunting at the Old Nick Saturday 12 June 2010 sentenced from 9:pm to 4:am   Victorian Police cells, just imagine what they must have been like and the poor beggars that were incarcerated in such. Ghostly Endeavours are offering you the opportunity to tread where the good the bad and the downright ugly were once placed in custody. When the lights go out and its total darkness are you brave enough to conduct your own ghost hunting investigation in this most haunted and most notorious of ghostly locations?   This location is now home to Gainsborough Theatre Company, ‘Old Nick Theatre’ but its not only the players that tread the boards here, this is also home to many a ghost from way back when many ended up as resident, guilty or not sometimes and for both serious and petty crimes.   The Theatre has along history and equally long is its association with haunting and paranormal activity. We want you to be ghost hunters in this fabulous location and seek out all that ‘goes bump in the night’ you will have all areas access including the cells; these cells are only available to ghost hunters on organised events.   Many that have visited have reported strange feelings and some have actually lost objects personal to them only to be found later in a different place, strange smells are common throughout the building and some have reported a large shadowy figure walking the corridors of justice.   This building has played an important part of Gainsborough’s history, dispensing justice the only way it knew and theirs no doubt that those that came before the authorities long ago may still be serving a sentence to this day.   Our investigations will include group vigils in all areas and lone vigil experiments although this will be for the most determined ghost hunter and the brave. Your Ghostly Endeavours event includes;

• Working closely with mediums and psychics

• Full use of investigation equipment, emf readers, heat detectors, dowsing rods and crystals

• Experiments with glass moving and table tipping, some events have white noise experiments

• Carry out your own investigation using your newly learned skills or in a small group

• Refreshments will be provided throughout the night, teas, coffee, juices and biscuits. Should you wish to bring your own snacks you are more than welcome to do so

Please note; you are encouraged to bring with you a torch and spare batteries, a digital camera and digital camcorder for your personal use on your investigation.

A non refundable deposit of £20: can be paid foe events costing over £45: and providing the event date is 4 or more weeks or more away. Your balance must then be paid by you one week prior to the event taking place.
